I wish to register my gratitude and thanks for the excellent service provided by your staff following the recent failure of the Central Heating Boiler at my property which resides a 93 year old gentleman.
As landlord, I requested assistance in the first place through my Insurance Company. An Engineer attended the same day and diagnosed several faults which rendered the boiler unserviceable. A follow-up call from your office resulted in an Inspection the next day by Ashley who provided an immediate quotation for a replacement. Having decided to accept the quotation and advising your office accordingly I was most pleased and a little surprised to be advised that a replacement would be available the next day at 8am.
The Engineer (Paul) duly arrived and completed the task by mid afternoon restoring heating and hot water and installing the wireless thermostat.
This I consider to be exemplary service by all your staff at what be a busy period regardless of the fact we are within a few days of Christmas. I cannot thank or praise highly enough your efforts on my behalf to ensure the resident’s heating was restored. It is gratifying to do business with a company and more importantly its staff who were most efficient and helpful and provided prompt and timely communication – congratulations to all concerned and thanks again.
